Stay Bookd (staybookd.ca) · Effective 2026-07-09
Stay Bookd answers your business's missed calls with an automated text conversation: a local number, a short caller greeting, an AI assistant that replies using the business facts you provide, booking capture, and a dashboard. You keep your existing phone and number; forwarding is a carrier feature you activate and can deactivate at any time.
$89 CAD per month, plus applicable taxes. A payment card is saved at signup but nothing is charged at signup. Your 7-day free trial starts when we capture your first forwarded missed call; the first charge happens only after that trial ends. If you never activate forwarding, you're never charged, and unactivated accounts are closed after 14 days.
Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. You won't be billed again after the current billing period. Remember to dial your carrier's forwarding-off code (on your forwarding page) — forwarding belongs to your carrier, not us. We hold your Stay Bookd number for 90 days after cancellation, then release it.
The local number we provision is part of the service and remains ours. If you want to keep it after leaving, email support and we'll discuss porting where the carrier allows it.
You confirm the business information you provide is accurate and lawful. Texts are sent on your behalf: we enforce STOP opt-outs and identify your business in conversations (CASL), and you agree to use the service only for responding to people who contacted your business — never for unsolicited marketing lists.
Assistant replies are generated automatically from the facts you provide. They can occasionally be imperfect. Tentative bookings are exactly that — tentative until you confirm them with your customer. Don't rely on the assistant for emergency dispatch or safety-critical communication.
We aim for continuous operation but the service depends on mobile carriers, telephony and AI providers we don't control. We are not liable for missed opportunities caused by carrier forwarding failures, network outages, or filtering by a caller's phone company.
To the maximum extent Canadian law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
We may update these terms with 30 days' email notice; continued use after notice is acceptance. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or abusively.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
